Our Classic Ham is glazed with our signature Peach & Prosecco glaze, smoked over hardwood, and then fully chilled. Each ham weighs 6-7lbs.

Our Turkey is brined for flavour and juiciness, rubbed with our BBQ rub, and smoked over hardwood until fully cooked. Spatchcocking the turkey helps it to cook evenly, and also reduces the total cook time. Each Turkey weighs 13-15lbs
