• Preheat oven to 425ºF (400ºF for convection).
• Leaving lid on, place foil pan in the oven for 30-40 minutes until internal temperature of 160°F is reached.
Please note: Reheating times may vary depending on the oven, and reheating more than one box will require extra time. Please use caution when removing the lids as contents will be hot and steam may escape when opening.
Is everything in the Vegan Catering Box already cooked?
Yes, but to fully enjoy you will still need to reheat as directed above.
How many people does a dinner feed?
Each dinner generously feeds two people.
Can I freeze the items if I don’t use them right away?
All of the items can be frozen when transferred to freezer-recommended containers.
