Peach and Prosecco Glazed Gammon Ham

Feeds 12 to 15 - $100

Our Classic Ham is glazed with our signature Peach & Prosecco glaze, smoked over hardwood, and then fully chilled. Each Ham weighs 6-7lbs

You Receive: Whole Glazed Ham, wrapped in plastic & foil. Peach Prosecco Glaze, and a full-sized foil pan.

Materials Required: Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil, Pastry Brush, & Digital Thermometer

Everything you need to know

  1. Preheat Oven to 350ºF (175ºC)
  2. Unwrap Ham from foil and plastic wrap.
  3. Place ham in the provided roasting pan.
  4. Add an additional coat of peach & prosecco glaze.
  5. Place in oven until the internal temperature reaches 150ºF (65ºC). About 2-3 hours
  6. Remove from the oven and add an additional coat of peach & prosecco glaze
  7. Cover lightly with foil, do not seal
  8. Let the ham rest for 20-25 minutes before carving
  9. Enjoy!

A meat thermometer is the best way to ensure you’ve reached the right temperature without over or under heating your main course.

Whole Spatchcock Smoked Turkey

Feeds 14 to 16 - $160

Our Turkey is brined for flavour and juiciness, rubbed with our BBQ rub, and smoked over hardwood until fully cooked. Spatchcocking the turkey helps it to cook evenly, and also reduces the total cook time. Each Turkey weighs 13-15lbs

You Receive: Whole Smoked Spatchcock Turkey, wrapped in plastic & foil, and a full-sized foil pan.

Materials Required: Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil, Water, & Digital Thermometer

Everything you need to know

  1. Preheat Oven to 350ºF (175ºC)
  2. Remove the foil pan from the cardboard box.
  3. Peel back one corner of the foil to add 1 cup of water to the pan.
  4. Seal the aluminum foil over the turkey nice and tight.
  5. Reheat for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 150°F (65°C)
  6. Let the turkey rest for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!

Whole Smoked Alberta Brisket

Feeds 12 to 15 - $230

Our Brisket is slow-smoked for 12 hours, wrapped, and fully chilled for you. Each Brisket weighs 5-7lbs

You Receive: Whole Smoked Brisket, wrapped in butcher paper & foil, and a full-sized foil pan.

Materials Required: Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil, Water, & Digital Thermometer

Everything you need to know

  1. Preheat Oven to 250ºF (120ºC).
  2. Remove Brisket from foil and butcher paper.
  3. Place brisket in the provided roasting pan.
  4. Wrap pan & brisket with aluminum foil, creating a tight seal.
  5. Place in oven until the internal temperature reaches 150ºF (65ºC). About 2-3 hours.
  6. Let the brisket rest for 30-40 minutes before carving.
  7. Enjoy!
