• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and position an oven rack in the middle position.
• Open lid and add 3 tablespoons of vegetable broth or water to the pan, then close the lid securely ensuring a good seal all around.
• Bake covered for 35-45 minutes.
• Carefully peel back one corner of the foil (watch out for escaping hot steam) and use a thermometer to confirm it has reached 165°F. If not, re-seal the pan and continue to bake in 5 minute increments.
• Rest the pan for 5 minutes before serving.
Please note: Reheating times may vary depending on the oven, and reheating more than one box will require extra time. Please use caution when removing the lid as contents will be hot and steam may escape when opening.
Is your in-store smoking process for the Tofurky Roast 100% vegan?
Absolutely. We smoke our Tofurky Roasts low and slow over cherry wood using dedicated, clean pans. There is never any meat in the smoker during the process, ensuring everything stays 100% vegan from start to finish!
Is everything in the Vegan Catering Box already cooked?
Yes, but to fully enjoy you will still need to reheat as directed above.
How many people does a dinner feed?
Each dinner generously feeds two people.
Can I freeze the items if I don’t use them right away?
All of the items can be frozen when transferred to freezer-recommended containers.
