– Preheat oven to 400°F (380°F for convection)
– Remove the foil pan from the catering box.
– Leaving the lid on, bake the foil pan for 25-35 minutes on the middle rack of the oven until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached.
– If you have the Granny’s Stuffing add-on: remove the lid from the stuffing container and bake in the oven for the last 10 minutes of baking.
** Carefully remove the foil pan from the oven (it’s hot!) and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before removing the foil lid. **
Is Everything in the Catering Box already cooked?
Yes, but to fully enjoy you will still need to reheat as directed above.
How many people does a dinner feed?
Each dinner generously feeds four people.
Can I freeze the items if I don’t use them right away?
All of the items can be frozen when transferred to freezer-recommended containers.
